1: ATL (Above The Line) - Advertising term for expensive media like T.V., Radio etc.
BTL ( Below The Line ) - Is commonly referred to print media such as direct mailers, flyers, brochures etc.
2: 2012 is a hollywood blockbuster with a budget of $200 Million. The budget means that it can use 'ATL' Advertising. The film 2012 has Film Trailers, T.v Adverts, Billboards and Magazine interviews which are all 'ATL' advertsing.

The Men Who Stare At Goats is a middle of the range film with a budget of $25 Million. The budget means that it can use both 'BTL' and 'ATL' advertising. It has a T.v Advert, Film Trailer and there's also been a Radio advert so they have used both advertising strategies.

Bunny and the Bull is a small budget british comedy with a budget of £5 Million. The budget means that 'BTL' advertising is used as they have the trailer on youtube, have had a small press release and also had a videoblog of the london film festival.
